New Patients
We’d like to give a warm welcome to all new patients.
When visiting the office for the first time, we kindly ask you please show up five to ten minutes early to fill out our new patient form.
You can download these forms and fill them out in advance, however we do still ask that you come early so the documentation can be processed. If a printer is unavailable not to worry, we also have the forms available in office.

Insurance Information
For those of you with dental plans and/or insurance coverage, we do currently accept all plans. Most Denturist fees may be covered by various dental plans such as:
- The Department of Veteran Affairs
- Ministry of Human Resources
- NIHB (First Nations an Inuit Health Branch)
- Unions and assorted other private insurers.
